Jerry (they/them) is the Product Development Director – LGBTQ+ Engagement at the American Red Cross. A strategic leader and passionate advocate for inclusion, Jerry drives cross-functional collaboration to align innovative donor engagement strategies with patient needs. They co-founded the Red Cross Pride Employee Resource Group and actively represent the organization in LGBTQ+ spaces. Known for their mantra, “Let’s add YOUR Sparkle to the Blood Supply,” Jerry brings energy and vision to every presentation. Outside of work, they enjoy exploring the Wyoming outdoors and staying connected with thought leaders and best practices in equity and engagement.
