Fatima Aldarweesh is an assistant professor at the University of Chicago. She is board-certified in Clinical Pathology and blood bank/transfusion medicine. Clinically, she attends blood bank, apheresis, coagulation, and protein electrophoresis services. Her main interests are in immunohematology, apheresis medicine, and transfusion medicine education. She is the medical director of transfusion service at University of Chicago Medicine Infusion Center at Crown Point. In addition, she serves as associate program director of transfusion medicine fellowship and Clinical Pathology Quality.
